Objective of the training school: To train Early Stage Researchers in the field of One Health, using two model diseases for research and surveillance. The theoretical lectures (2 days) will be held in the Facilities of the University of Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine of Cluj-Napoca. They will be followed by a practical field trip to a satellite laboratory, in Chilia Veche, Danube Delta Biosphere Reserve. General program will include: sampling and surveillance protocol design, sampling animals, people and environment, laboratory analysis, theoretical approach to data interpretation and application.

Grants for trainees: 1000 EUR (fixed amount): it should cover travel, accommodation, meals. No participation fee is required for the reimbursed participants.
